What a delightful place. Smack bang in middle of the main street of Midleton. Quick service, fab food and friendly staff.

They have a toilet as well which sometimes nowadays can be a novelty and can be missing especially if you were in a shopping mall environment.

Loads of space to eat with plentiful healthy and savoury options. Well worth a try.

I normally don’t write reviews on places but for this young lady I must .A girl was hired in the midleton branch recently that I hadn’t seen before and she is so pleasant I couldn’t help but notice her she greeted us with a big smile and has a great attitude and personality instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable .
My youngest even asked me “mammy can we go back to shop with pretty nice girl from Wednesday”.
She checked in on my kids to offer any additional service even after making their sandwich and her smile is genuinely infectious lifted my mood after long day at work .
We have looked forward to seeing her since meeting her a week ago and this kind of young person on the team must be so delightful .
Additionally now that my kids constantly ask me to take them to “pretty hair girl in green shop” after school it’s safe to say I’ll be back more often 😂

My first time of visiting the city cork we decided to have our breakfast outside the hotel because we didn’t wake-up on time for the hotel breakfast so we decided to have breakfast around and we found the ÓBriens Cafe around the street and we decided to eat there and we are so dissatisfied and disappointed with The scrabble 🍳 eggs we were offered the egg was dry and cold no taste at all could not eat it even my partner that has no issue in which ever ways eggs are prepared, he could not eat his as well. Black tea was served instead of green tee very disappointing. The younger Waitress got some attitude problem she was not in the mood to attend to costumers. The cappuccino was okay, atmosphere was also okay

Response from the owner

Sorry your visit wasn't to your satisfaction. We are always happy to remake anything that any customer is unhappy with. Black tea does come with the scrambled egg and we are happy to provide a different tea if requested. If you received black tea after requesting green tea we would happily correct our mistake and make you some green tea instead. All issues can be rectified at the time if brought to our attention. If you could be more specific about when exactly you visited our store I could investigate further
